A $30.00 fee is required before any proofs will be initiated. This fee will be credited towards your first invoice 

Matte Finish with White envelopes. Shipping is included in the quantity price.  If design takes longer than one hour there will be a $20.00 per hour setup fee for every hour after the first hour.

For an additional cost you may also purchase matching #9 envelopes.
